If you have forgotten your MyRMO password or need to change it for security purposes, you can reset it through the self-service process.
Reset Your Password:
- Go to the MyRMO login page (web or mobile app) and select "Forgot Password."
- Enter your username and the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- A one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email or phone. Enter the code to verify your identity.
- Create a new password. It must be at least 10 characters and include uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character. It cannot match any of your last five passwords.
- Confirm the new password and log in.
Forgot Your Username? Select "Forgot Username" on the login page and verify your identity using your account number and registered contact information. Your username will be sent to your email.
Security Tips:
- Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from RMO.
- Use a unique password that you do not use for other websites.
- Enable two-factor authentication for an extra layer of security.
