RMO Human Services provides assistance to individuals and families facing financial hardship. The application process is designed to be accessible and supportive.
How to Apply:
- Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "Human Services" then "Apply for Assistance."
- Select the type of assistance you need (housing, food, utilities, childcare, medical, or general financial assistance).
- Complete the application form with your personal information, household details, income, and a description of your current situation.
- Upload supporting documents such as proof of income, lease or mortgage statement, utility bills, or medical records.
- Submit the application.
By Appointment: If you prefer in-person guidance, schedule an appointment through MyRMO or by calling us. An Expert will help you complete the application and identify all programs you may qualify for.
What to Expect:
- Applications are reviewed within 5–10 business days.
- You will be contacted by an Expert if additional information is needed.
- Once approved, benefits are disbursed according to the specific program guidelines.
- Track your application status and benefit payments through MyRMO.
