You can request to cancel your RMO Personal Membership through any of the following approved methods:

  • In the MyRMO App (available on the App Store Google Play Store)

  • By visiting the MyRMO online portal at https://digital.rmous.org/myrmo
  • Or by submitting a request through the RMO Membership Club Support page

Cancellations can only be processed if there are no active accounts or services that rely on your membership within the RMO Membership Club or other RMO Divisions.
If your membership is tied to an open account (such as an active product, protection plan, or rewards service), cancellation will not be available until that account is closed or transferred.

Once a valid request is submitted and verified, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your benefits until that time.
