Celebrating Pride Month 2026

This June, RMO joins communities across the country in celebrating Pride Month — a time to honor the history, contributions, and resilience of LGBTQ+ people, and to recommit to building an organization where everyone belongs.

Belonging is not a seasonal value for us. It is part of how we aim to show up for our members and our Experts every day of the year. Pride Month is a moment to pause, celebrate, and reflect on the work still ahead.

What Pride Means at RMO

RMO serves members from every walk of life, and our team reflects that same diversity. We believe people do their best work — and feel most at home — when they can bring their whole selves to the table. That belief sits at the center of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

How We're Marking the Month

• Listening and connection. We're creating space for our Experts to gather, share their stories, and connect with one another throughout June.
• Education. We're sharing resources across our teams to deepen understanding of LGBTQ+ history and the importance of allyship.
• Community support. We're continuing our work alongside organizations that advance opportunity and inclusion in the communities our members call home.

A Commitment That Lasts

Pride is a celebration, and it is also a reminder. An inclusive culture is built through everyday actions — fair treatment, open doors, and respect in every interaction. Those are commitments we carry well beyond June.
