You can update your personal information at any time through MyRMO to ensure your accounts stay accurate and secure.
What You Can Update Online:
- Email Address: Go to Settings > Profile > Email. Enter your new email and verify it with a confirmation link.
- Phone Number: Go to Settings > Profile > Phone. Update your mobile or home number and verify via text or call.
- Mailing Address: Go to Settings > Profile > Address. Enter your new address. Your debit card, statements, and other mailings will be sent to the updated address.
What Requires an Appointment:
- Legal Name Change: Schedule an appointment through MyRMO or by calling us. You will need to provide a valid government-issued ID reflecting your new name and supporting legal documentation (marriage certificate, court order, etc.).
- SSN or Tax ID Update: Must be handled by an Expert during a scheduled appointment with supporting documentation.
Important: Keeping your contact information current is essential for receiving security alerts, account notifications, and time-sensitive communications. If you suspect someone else has changed your information without your authorization, contact us immediately.
