Once your new RMO credit card arrives, you will need to activate it before making purchases. There are two easy ways to do this.
Option 1: Activate Through MyRMO
- Log in to MyRMO on the web or mobile app.
- Navigate to "Card Management" and find your new credit card.
- Select "Activate Card."
- Enter the last four digits of your card number and the 3-digit security code (CVV) on the back of the card.
- Create or confirm your PIN.
- Your card is now active and ready to use.
Option 2: Activate by Phone
Call the activation number printed on the sticker attached to your card. Follow the automated prompts to verify your identity and activate the card. You can also set your PIN during this call.
After activation, your card is immediately available for in-store, online, and digital wallet purchases. You can add it to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay through MyRMO for contactless transactions.
