3. Authorization to Use TIN

The User hereby authorizes the Company to use the provided TIN for the following purposes:

c. To process transactions and applications related to the User’s relationship with the Company via its websites and online services.

d. To create and maintain User accounts on the Company's websites.

4. Accuracy of Information

5. Confidentiality and Security

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of the User’s TIN in compliance with applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Company may disclose the User’s TIN to third parties only for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by law, such as:

a. To financial institutions involved in the processing of transactions effected through the Company's websites.

b. To government agencies for tax reporting and compliance purposes.

c. To authorized service providers who require such information to perform their functions.

7. Online Data Protection

The Company will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the TIN and other personal data provided by the User via the Company's websites.

8. Retention of TIN

The Company may retain the User’s TIN for as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws and the Company’s data retention policies.

9. User Rights

The User has the right to:

12. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other. Upon termination, the Company will cease using the User’s TIN except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law
